Harry Wszola is the founder and principal of HPW Accountants. He holds numerous specialist accreditations and licenses.
While HPW Accountants is equipped and skilled to support clients from all business sectors and across all industries, Harry Wszola is a specialist and highly respected professional in the area of Self-Managed Superannuation Funds.
Harry Wszola is the Principal of HPW Accountants (incorporating H.P. Wszola & Co) and represents both offices in Brisbane and Cairns.
Harry's background stems back to 1949 when his parents arrived in Sydney as migrants. Harry spent seven years working on Bougainville Island, Papua New Guinea, as Chief Accountant for Bougainville Copper. Upon returning to Australia in 1975, Harry and his young family settled in Brisbane where Harry had undertaken a number of accounting and management contracts throughout Brisbane.
In 1977 Harry commenced the existing practice, still situated in Springwood Brisbane, to facilitate local proprietors with their taxation and business management requirements. Harry enjoys a "hands-on" approach with all his clients enabling the opportunity for comprehensive planning and management of wealth creation strategies for his clients.
Harry holds a Diploma in Accountancy from Granville Technical College - with further accounting and taxation studies carried out at QUT. Harry is also an Approved Self Managed Superannuation Fund Auditor.

Anny has been with HPW Accountants since 2013. She studied for her Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) at QUT and entered the workforce in 2008.
Her speciality is taxation across a range of areas; Personal tax, SMSF, small business and investment clients.
“Taxation is a complex and ever changing arena for accountants to keep up to date with,” said Anny.
“To be a good practitioner demands a lot of effort in keeping pace with change from the ATO and developing the right taxation strategy for individual applications. The extent of the accountant's administration is rarely seen by the client other than the final result of the strategy being applied".
Anny is continuing to develop her professional skills and is currently progressing through the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand program. Through her dedication and positive attitude she has attained the qualifications in achieving th RG146 regulated SMSF advisory accreditation.
She enjoys reading and socialising with friends in her spare time.
Amita is a qualified Chartered accountant having studied accountancy in both her home country of India and the University of Western Sydney. She holds a Masters Degree in Accountancy and specialises in taxation, SMSF and auditing.
With almost 15 years of accounting experience, Amita revels in the challenges of her job.
“Keeping up with new government regulations is a challenge in itself,” said Amita.
“It is very satisfying to be able to work closely with clients and assist them with their business knowing that I have all the latest requirements in hand. I enjoy the client contact and helping out our clients when they have queries about their situation.”
Outside of her career, Amita is married and has two young children a boy and a girl.
Brad has been with HPW Accountants since 2007.
Brad specialises in all facets of accounting and taxation compliance, and possesses extensive experience in many other fields including commerce and corporate affairs. Over the years, Brad has spread his time between the two HPW Accountants practices in Brisbane and Cairns. He currently calls Cairns home.
Brad’s hands-on approach with clients allows for HPW Accountants to be a genuine part of their business. Brad has no hesitation in saying “we pride ourselves on working WITH our clients”. Brad’s practical approach to business enables a natural synergy to exist with many clients. Brad also acknowledges the importance of a solid communication basis with clients.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Business Management (Accounting) from Griffith University and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Accounting from the University of New England. Brad is also a registered tax agent and a Justice of the Peace (Qualified).
Away from the office, Brad’s love of sport and the community enables him to willingly offer considerable time to a number of not for profit organisations.
Raechel's work at HPWA in the Cairns office applies to record keeping and submissions of Annual Corporate ASIC Registers substantiations, Minutes of Directors and Corporate Trusts.
Her responsibilities extend to the administration of clientele BAS's, PAYG, and GST appropriations including assistance to our Qualified Accountants.
Raechel is conversant with both MYOB and Quickbooks applications. She is an essential team member within HPW Accountants; her positive attitude will no doubt be an essential attribute which see her gain her Accountancy Qualification.
Her determination to assist clients is second to none, encompassing all areas of administration including Tax returns and appropriate documentations.
